Returns & refunds
Unless a magazine has been damaged in transit (and photographic proof is supplied of the magazine and packaging) we cannot accept returns. For damaged magazines, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We will generally offer a replacement, or if the issue is no longer in stock we can offer a refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have not ordered a copy of a print edition previously. We are unable to accept returns of duplicate orders of print magazines. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on digital products.
