Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations

We understand that circumstances change. Here's our policy for cancelling orders:

Before Dispatch:

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they've been dispatched
• Contact us at simplyscandi@rileypublishing.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number
• Once cancelled, you'll receive a full refund within 5-7 business days

After Dispatch:

• Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled nor returned
• Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information

Subscription Cancellations:

• Subscription orders can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date
• Log into your account and manage your subscription, click on the link in your renewal email, or contact us for assistance
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date
• No refunds are provided for the current subscription period

Non-Cancellable Items:

• Digital magazine downloads (once accessed)
